about

Rocked from an early age by the Hip Hop East Coast of its mentors and its jazz culture already well developed, Remind Pygmalion embarked in 2002 on a career as a producer, developing a session of beats assembled in a project called "The Sweet Egery EP". This mini album, among others influenced by soul/jazz tainted sounds of Quincy Jones and Leon Ware, will never really date, and will be abandoned for a few years.
A few seasons later he decided to take a step back and change the atmosphere of his productions, giving him a real guarantee of authenticity in the Hip Hop fam'. Sometimes minimalist, dark and tortured as evidenced in "The Sweet Egery" released two years ago and helped by fairly critically acclaimed tracks as "Love Sick", "Makin' It," "Back In The Days" or "Murder Scene".
This new album offers a more substantial influence in the world of alternative hip hop, presenting a tracklisting still as bleak, but tinged with electro sounds, approaching more and more influences of the moment, namely Dela, Samon Kawamura, Nomak or Blazo. Now listen to these tracks and join the official fan pages on Facebook and Twitter, if you cherish...
A slow-motioned jazzy dream... Now available on LP !
